We then visit a producer of Coppa, Salame and Pancetta, typical cured meats of the Piacenza hills Or a Culatello producer at your choice. Each is made by a different process, yielding a different delicious experience for your palate! After a walk through the medieval village of Castell'Arquato and a typical gourmet lunch in a warm familyrun trattoria, we visit the castle of Vigoleno, rich in history and enveloped in a magical atmosphere. Everything belongs to a glorious past... Our last stop is a guided visit to a winery, where we taste Vigoleno dessert wine – an incredible wine that is closely bound to the land.
